High Quality Industrial Frame Grabber Cards

FXVD4mc_s is a high quality 4-channel frame grabber card developed for the Carmen LPR (ANPR) system. Its great performance and stable driver make it ideal for several other applications as well.

The primary function of this card is digitising the video signal by an Bt878 video capture chip. To improve the reliability and stability of a stand-alone system the FXVD4mc_s has a secondary function the watchdog. This function helps to reboot the computer when a system crashes. On the card there is a RISC co-processor which serve the hardware protection of the Carmen software.

The card is able to handle both PAL and NTSC analogue composite video signals, received through any of the four BNC input connectors. The switching times among the input channels of the card are very fast, enabling the user to build high-speed sequential systems handling the signals of multiple video channels.

FXVD4mc_s is available with standard PCI and PC104+ interface.
